We are a premier Chinese manufacturer specializing in portable illumination products. We serve distributors, wholesalers, and OEM clients across over 30 countries. Our expertise spans handheld flashlights, headlamps, LED camping lanterns, solar-charging lights, and tactical searchlights - including advanced LEP (Laser Excited Phosphor) and high-output models exceeding 5,000 lumens.

Our Factory & Production Capacity
Our 10,000sqm facility in Guangdong Province houses dedicated assembly lines operated by 200 skilled personnel, delivering an annual output of 300,000+ units. The factory integrates incoming material inspection, SMT assembly, mechanical sub-assembly, final assembly, and a specialized quality laboratory under one roof. In-house capabilities include CNC machining, PCB assembly, LED module integration, and final calibration. We support flexible MOQs, private labeling, and custom packaging to meet diverse market requirements.

Research & Development
Our dedicated R&D team drives continuous innovation across optical design, LED driver electronics, battery management, and thermal engineering. Core competencies include custom reflector and TIR lens design, constant-current drivers with multi-mode UI, USB-C charging platforms, and LEP technology for extreme beam distances. We follow a structured stage-gate development process from concept to pilot production, supporting both branded launches and bespoke ODM projects. Utility model and design patents protect our proprietary innovations.

Quality Management & Certifications
Our manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC, and UKCA standards. Quality is governed by a three-tier framework:

•  IQC - Incoming Material Inspection: All components are sampled and tested against approved specifications. LED emitters undergo luminous flux, CCT, and CRI verification using integrating sphere equipment.
• IPQC - In-Process Quality Control: QC inspectors monitor each production line, testing driver boards, waterproof sealing, switch cycling, and optical alignment in real time.
• FQC/OQC - Final & Outgoing Quality Control: 100% functional testing; IPX water-resistance sampling, drop testing, and cosmetic inspection per AQL standards before shipment.

All quality data is digitally logged. Non-conformance trends trigger root-cause analysis and corrective action plans. Third-party validation is conducted through TUV Rheinland and SGS.

Global Markets
Approximately 80-90% of total production is exported to over 30 countries. Primary markets include the United States, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We ship FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou and support LCL consolidation for cost-efficient smaller orders. A standard warranty of 12-24 months is provided depending on product category, backed by a responsive after-sales support system that includes spare parts supply and technical assistance.

Organization & Team
Our 200-person workforce is organized into seven departments: Management & Administration, R&D & Engineering (approx. 10), Production & Assembly (approx. 120), Quality Assurance (approx. 15), Procurement & Supply Chain (approx. 10), Sales & Marketing (approx. 20), and Logistics & Warehousing (approx. 10). Production supervisors average over 8 years of industry tenure. We invest in ongoing training on IPC soldering standards, ESD-safe handling, and quality inspection methodologies, and maintain a safe, well-ventilated working environment.
